This began with an original song and a question: how do you extend what the music makes you feel without simply illustrating the lyrics?

The video gives the song another way to be experienced. The image and the music need to hold together, with neither treated as an accessory.

I developed the concept, visual direction and overall experience so the music and imagery feel like one piece.

The work is in the relationship between them: what an image adds, when it arrives and how long the feeling needs to stay.
