AI Workflow Audit

Start with the work, not the tool.

A review of how a recurring process actually happens, where effort is being lost and which steps could benefit from AI assistance. Some findings may call for process changes rather than new technology.

TALK ABOUT A PROJECT

When this helps

Your team may be copying information, repeating research or waiting on unclear handoffs. Automating the wrong step can make those problems harder to see.

What you receive

A documented recommendation or working process appropriate to this engagement, with clear inputs, responsibilities and human review points. Implementation depth is agreed before work begins.

  • Repetitive task review
  • Manual work and handoff mapping
  • Bottleneck identification
  • AI opportunity assessment
  • Human-led task and review boundaries

What this could look like

A weekly content process might lose more time in unclear approvals than in drafting. The audit can distinguish an approval problem from a useful drafting or research opportunity.

How I approach the work

We walk through a real example, map inputs and responsibilities, identify friction and rank opportunities by usefulness, effort and risk. The output is a prioritized set of recommendations for an agreed process.

We agree on the objective, scope and review process before starting. Bring the context you have; if the brief is still taking shape, we can begin by defining the right question.

LET’S FIGURE IT OUT

Will every recommendation involve AI?

No. A clearer template, fewer handoffs or an assigned decision owner may solve the problem more effectively. The audit is designed to identify useful changes, not justify a tool purchase.

Marketing judgment comes first.
